Storytelling DNA — Institutional Narrative Methodology
Strategic Storytelling · Methodology
A proprietary framework that turns storytelling from a communication activity into a repeatable, measurable institutional capability.
The most significant outcome of institutional work was never the number of stories — it was the methodology that produces them. I developed an integrated framework that shifts storytelling from an individual skill to an institutional system, so an organization never depends on one person to tell its achievements.
The framework rests on six integrated components, most notably the Five-Box Framework that every story passes through, the Impact Translation Engine that converts activities into measurable outcomes, and the Award Readiness Framework that aligns narrative with assessment logic.
