From Storytelling to Institutional Narrative Architecture

Dubai Digital Authority manages one of the region’s most advanced digital government ecosystems. Despite significant achievements across the organization, a gap existed between achievement and recognition: strong performance that wasn’t consistently translated into compelling narratives, inconsistent approaches across departments, and reliance on individuals rather than institutional capability.

As Strategic Storytelling and Excellence Advisor, I designed and implemented a comprehensive framework that enabled DDA to convert organizational performance into measurable impact narratives aligned with excellence criteria and assessor expectations — then transformed storytelling itself from a communication activity into a renewable institutional capability.
